Let's Talk Love: Healthy Relationships & Relationship Education

Through Alpha Chi Omega's Let's Talk Love program, I facilitate conversations with collegiate women about healthy relationships, domestic violence, and recognizing the warning signs of unhealthy relationship dynamics.

These presentations create space for meaningful dialogue, education, and reflection, helping participants better understand relationship health, identify potentially harmful patterns, and develop the tools to recognize and navigate healthy relationships.

My approach combines my experience as a licensed professional counselor with a commitment to creating approachable, thoughtful spaces for conversations that can sometimes be difficult to have.

Past engagements include:

  • Western Michigan University

  • Albion College

  • University of Texas - Tyler

  • American University

  • Iowa State University

  • University of Alabama
